A walk-through of scheduling indirectly through Instagram

Social Report Platform Update: We wanted to provide a high-level update to share the situation as it stands now. We haven’t been updating everyone as often since things have stabilized somewhat and the team has still been working hard to get everything back to “normal.”

We were able to get Facebook posting up and running late last week and have implemented a process that will support indirect Instagram posting that we are excited to explain below – helping us to get to around 85% of full functionality.

Additionally, we are close to being able to provide analytics, and direct message management for Instagram which will be ready soon. The few remaining Facebook permissions will also be restored as soon as we finish the new verification process we are in.

We want to partner with you and provide you with a flexible product that allows you to run your business the way that you want. We are doing everything we can to restore as much of the functionality from before as possible, and we know this has been a frustrating process. We will continue to update you as we have news to share.

Please let us know what we can do to help your business get back to normal as well.
